I left your resturant tonight with a bad taste in my mouth not because of the food but because of how a customer talked to your wait staff and management. I witnessed a customer try to take advantage of your establishment he thought he could to that by talking down to your staff. I heard the conversation from the start and let me tell you your management was very professional and the customer this time was not right he twisted the words of your staff to try to get a free meal. and when that didnt not work he threatened to call and write your website to try to get this person in trouble how dare you. I give this girl credit for deal with this person they were out of their mind from the start who expects to go to a resturant and get everything for free and then to walk out and not leave a tip shame on you. Kudos to your staff for being the better person. |
